I didn’t receive my create new password email?

If you have requested a temporary sign in link or password reset email and have not received it in your email inbox, check your junk/ spam folder.

The subject line of the email will be "Create New Password", and the email address that the emails are sent from is: fool@foolcs.com

If you cannot locate this email in your inbox or junk/ spam folders, you may need to ‘whitelist’ the email address from which this email is sent. You can ‘whitelist’ an email address by adding it to your contact list/ address book/ safe-sender’s list.
